1. Custom & Personalized Products
Most products offered by Ocimum are custom-made and personalized according to customer specifications.
Due to the personalized nature of these products:
- Custom orders are generally not eligible for returns or refunds once production has started.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving designs before manufacturing begins.
2. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled before design work or production has commenced.
- Once design development, modeling, or manufacturing has begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or contains a manufacturing defect:
- Please contact us within a reasonable period of receiving the order.
- Relevant photographs and order details may be required for verification.
- After review, we may offer a replacement, repair, or appropriate resolution at our discretion.
4. Incorrect Information Provided by Customer
Ocimum is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information, images, measurements, specifications, or design approvals provided by the customer.
Orders completed according to approved requirements will not be eligible for refunds or returns.
5. Product Variations
Minor variations in color, texture, finish, dimensions, or appearance may occur due to the nature of 3D printing, materials, and finishing processes.
Such variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds.
6. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- An order is canceled before production begins.
- A refund is approved by Ocimum after reviewing a verified issue.
- The product cannot be delivered due to circumstances within our control.
